A nice tabletop sculpture by C. Jere. It looks different depending on what angle you set it up. A very sleek and elegant design that shows nice movement and easily fits into post modern design and decor. A great piece to add to either a collection of Curtis Jere or even for the art lover of metal sculpture.
Three distinct swirled pieces of metal layered in a flame / swirl pattern. One matte black, one polished brass / gold, and one brushed chrome / silver. All attached at the base by a metal rod going into a dark marble base that has green felt on the bottom to protect the surface it's set on. Since this is set in a marble base its quite heavy.
Approximate measurements: 27" H x 14" Widest part of sculpture 5" width of marble base
It has it's imperfections but it's a beautiful piece that adds movement, style, and a minimalist sleek design. Made in 1996 by Curtis Jere and signed on the brass that sits atop the marble base. Please see condition notes for additional details.
