Colorful mid-20th-century tin lithograph advertising sign for Overbrook Straight Rye Whiskey, produced by Brookside Distilling Products Corporation of Scranton, Pennsylvania. Bold white and blue shadowed lettering appears against a vivid red field alongside an illustrated bottle identifying the whiskey as four years old and 86 proof. The lower margin bears the Brookside Distilling Products Corporation name and the slogan "At All State Stores," indicating its use as point-of-sale advertising in state-controlled liquor retail outlets. Its oversized typography, contrasting colors, and prominent bottle illustration exemplify the eye-catching commercial advertising used by American distilleries during the period.
