Manufactured by Knoll approximately 1950s- 1970s. No signage of Knoll since it has been reupholstered however carries the marking of BR51 which is a distinct marking on the base for the Knoll part. Designed by Eero Saarinen. This stool, commonly known as the tulip stool, has a swivel seat on a molded/cast metal pedestal base. The seat has been reupholstered with inside-out cowhide leather from Argentina. The base is an off-white color and has not been cleaned or restored to my knowledge. See less
