- American Design Ltd. COA certifying the work as an original, French ink on silk, executed and signed by the artist.

A bustling tropical fruit market: a vendor in a straw hat behind overflowing crates of oranges, strawberries, papayas, grapes and pineapples, with hand-lettered signs ("Sweet Juicy Oranges 69 cents," "Look No Seeds," "Strawberries Delicious"), colorful vintage fruit-crate labels and bunches of bananas hanging against arched doorways in magenta, tangerine, teal and violet. You can see the hand-drawn resist outlines and the way the dyes pool and bloom in the background, hallmarks of hand-painted silk.

A large, cheerful statement piece for a kitchen, dining room, beach house or coastal living room. Professionally framed with a wide bleached/natural wood frame, under glazing, with rag board backing. Double hanging wires on the back.
