An authentic, solid one-piece Mid-Century Modern walnut buffet hutch and china cabinet by Broyhill, dated by factory stamp to June 1969 (Style 2295). This piece features a clean-lined, architectural silhouette typical of late-1960s American modernism, constructed as a single cohesive unit.
The upper display section features sleek, sliding smoked glass doors that open to adjustable shelving, an open staging shelf, and a dropdown laminate-lined dry bar or storage hatch. The lower credenza base offers an abundance of storage, configured with three deep drawers featuring integrated, recessed carved walnut handles alongside a sliding cabinet door bay.
The server workspace is finished with its original, vintage Westinghouse high-pressure melamine laminate top—a rare and highly practical collaborative design feature of the era meant to resist scuffs, alcohol, and heat during dining service. Pristine vintage lines and warm walnut wood grain make this a perfect signature statement piece for a modern dining or living room.

Structurally sound, stable, and constructed as a solid, one-piece cabinet unit. • Glass Doors: The sliding smoked glass display doors slide smoothly within their tracks. Please note there are minor, age-appropriate chips present along the edge of one of the glass panels (as pictured). They do not affect the stability or smooth sliding function of the door. • Wood Finish: The walnut wood veneer retains its rich, warm color tone. It exhibits minor, light surface scratches, small edge dings, and faint localized cosmetic staining consistent with gentle residential use and dining service over the last 50+ years. • Laminate Surface: The original vintage Westinghouse laminate workspace is clean, flat, and fully intact with no major peeling or deep gouges. • Hardware & Drawers: All drawers pull cleanly on their glides, and the lower sliding cabinet doors operate properly. less
