Clear pressed glass fruit and cake knife by Vitex-Glas, American, circa 1938–1940s. Distributed by Renwal of New York and marketed for citrus fruits, tomatoes, cakes, meringue pies and other soft foods.
The molded handle carries the classic Vitex pattern: three stars separated by two diamond clusters. Single piece of glass, blade and handle.
Condition: Consistent with age and use. Frosting and light surface scratches to the blade. Please review photos closely for edge condition.
