A wonderful 19th-century French antique engraving depicting a Neoclassical style female nude, elegantly posed in motion with one arm gracefully raised to hold a curving drape of a shawl. The figure stands in a striking three-quarter profile, her dark, tight curls providing an exquisite visual contrast against the crisp white drapery. Hand-labeled in pencil on the verso as "Gravure de Jean Fesquet.
