The field is grounded in a muted red, decorated with large-scale floral motifs that create a relaxed and graceful composition. Surrounding the field is a rich decorative border combining ivory, dark gray, and light green, providing a distinctive frame and adding depth to the overall design.

The rug has developed a beautifully faded appearance, with subtle variations and uneven hues across the surface. Rather than appearing uniform, these tonal shifts contribute to its antique character and give the colors a softly weathered, painterly quality.

The combination of large floral forms, a generous border, and a muted palette gives this Oushak a timeless presence. At 6'10" x 10', it is also a versatile size for bringing the character and warmth of an antique rug into a living room, bedroom, study, or sitting area.
