Joseph Stella(1877- 1946):- An Italian born artist who is adored for his modern and futuristic style that was an iconic element of the Industrial Age. Throughout his career he garnered much critical acclaim for breaking the forbidden and painting the flower. He came up with new ways to use glaze to enhance color and revive the energy and emotion that were removed for other expressionists, and thus his influence on other artists was immense. He made many friends through his training including Matisse and Modigliani.
