This elegant antique Persian runner is distinguished by its long, narrow proportions and beautifully restrained palette.
The ivory and beige field is decorated with a sequence of intricate geometric medallions in softly faded blue. Fine patterning throughout the composition creates visual interest while maintaining a remarkably quiet overall effect.
The antique-washed finish has softened the colors and reduced the contrast between the motifs, giving the runner a refined, contemporary sensibility while retaining the character and intricacy of an antique textile.
Its understated palette makes it particularly versatile for a hallway, entry, passage, or other narrow architectural space where a long antique runner can add pattern and warmth without overwhelming the surroundings.
