A beautiful mid-century vintage elegant glass candy dish / tidbit bowl manufactured by the Silver City Glass Company (Meriden, Connecticut). This piece features their highly collectible "Blue Bells" pattern, showcasing an exceptional combination of crystal-clear glassware and precious metal craftsmanship.
The dish is designed with a gently ruffled, scalloped outer rim and rests gracefully on three delicate, stylized glass feet (tri-footed design). The interior face of the bowl features an electroplated sterling silver overlay depicting a flowing, delicate branch of blooming bluebell floral motifs. A solid, matching sterling silver band encapsulates the entire scalloped perimeter rim, framing the clear glass beautifully.
