A small vintage studio pottery ring dish or pinch bowl with a low cylindrical form and richly layered earth-tone glaze. The exterior is finished in deep brown and near-black with subtle horizontal throwing lines, while the interior and upper rim shift to warm ochre and mustard tones.
The compact scale and simple form give the piece a quiet sculptural quality, making it ideal as a ring dish, small catchall, salt cellar, or decorative object.
