Vintage Gucci figural stirrup cup featuring a wonderfully detailed sculptural fox head beneath a polished silver-tone drinking vessel. The fox is rendered with elongated muzzle, alert ears and finely textured fur, with the GUCCI signature impressed along the collar.
Inspired by traditional European sporting stirrup cups, the piece is designed to be displayed inverted on its sculptural animal head when not in use. The contrast between the polished cup, warm gold-toned interior and antiqued detailing of the fox creates a particularly handsome decorative presentation.
A distinctive vintage Gucci collectible with strong equestrian and sporting character, ideal for a bar, library, study or collection of luxury Italian decorative objects.
