An assembled set of three original French chromolithographic plates from Manuel de Peintures, a professional design publication created for decorative painters and interior craftsmen.
Dating from approximately 1895–1898, the plates come from three consecutive annual editions and present elaborate designs for a wall panel, vestibule dado and ornamental border. Flowing arabesques, stylized flowers and scrolling foliage reflect the French Historicist and Neo-Renaissance traditions, with early Art Nouveau influences.
Issued under the direction of P. Fleury and printed in Paris by Imprimeries Lemercier, these are original period chromolithographs—not modern reproductions. Their rich terracotta, teal, ochre, rose and blue coloring remains particularly attractive. The generous folio size makes them ideal for framing as a coordinated three-piece collection.
Sold together as a set of three.
