This beautiful vintage rug features a bold and highly stylized central medallion set against an ivory ground.
The geometric medallion is rendered primarily in blue, with an expressive, graphic quality that gives the rug a strong decorative presence. Blue corner elements frame the central field, while an ivory and beige border is decorated with beautifully stylized floral motifs.
Likely dating to the 1930s–1940s, the rug has a distinctive early 20th-century character, combining geometric structure with decorative floral detailing. Its relatively compact proportions make it particularly versatile as an accent rug in a bedroom, study, entry, or sitting area.
