Cosmetic notes to review in the listing photos: Upholstery: The heavy-duty commercial tweed is tightly woven and robust. There is a couple minor, isolated dark smudge mark located on one top corner edge of a backrest, as well as a light smudge mark on one of the seat cushions. Wood Base Trim: The walnut-finished base perimeter shows light edge wear consistent with corporate use, including one section along the bottom edge of one chair where the laminate trim has become loose/chipped at the corner point. Legs: Completely sturdy with minor superficial scuffing on the black metal post legs. less
