Vintage Arthur Umanoff 17-bottle wine rack for Shaver Howard, circa 1960s. Constructed of substantial wrought iron with Umanoff’s distinctive repeating circular motif and sculptural arched silhouette.
Exceptionally sturdy and heavy for its size, this freestanding rack holds 17 bottles while maintaining a remarkably compact footprint. The open geometric construction gives it a strong architectural presence and makes it equally appealing as functional wine storage or a sculptural Mid-Century Modern accent.
Original black finish with authentic age-related patina, surface wear and areas of oxidation consistent with its vintage history. Structurally solid and stable. The finish has intentionally been left unaltered to preserve its vintage character.
