Discontinued CB2 Bayu Rattan Desk, designed by Barcelona-based Mermelada Estudio. Natural Indonesian Kubu rattan follows the soft, sculptural curves of the frame, giving it an organic, coastal modern look that is hard to come by now that it is no longer sold. Built with a Mindi wood, plywood and kubu rattan frame, a single center drawer for storage, and adjustable nylon levelers on all legs. Made in Indonesia. Exceptional quality and very solid construction. It originally retailed for $1,399.
Dimensions: 48"W x 24"D x 30"H
Condition notes: This desk is sold without its original inset tempered glass top. A replacement can easily be cut to size at a local glass shop, or it can be topped with wood or stone for a custom look. There is also one small piece of wood lifting slightly on the side, which is a quick fix with a bit of wood glue. Otherwise in great pre-owned condition. Please see photos for details.
