Copper sheet flower stand with a long rectangular basin and a black-painted metal frame. Scandinavian production, 1960s.
The long copper sheet flower stand is supported by four slender, square-section legs in black-painted metal, which extend along the corners, precisely defining the structure. The upper edge is highlighted by a dark profile, echoed by the legs, while the riveted joints remain visible as part of the construction. The contrast between the copper and the black metal, along with the elongated proportions and essential geometry, traces this flower stand back to Scandinavian production in the mid-1900s. The copper surface retains a pronounced, irregular patina developed over time, an integral part of the piece's character. Good condition. May show signs of aging. Please refer to the photographs carefully.
