The chest is fitted with characteristic dark iron hardware, including bail handles and decorative lock plates. The wood displays a beautiful, rich dark patina with lighter tones showing through in places—the result of years of use.
The various drawers offer a surprising amount of storage space, and the compact size makes this a highly versatile piece of furniture—suitable for an entryway, bedroom, or study, or simply as a decorative accent in an interior. The chest is in an authentic, used condition, showing visible wear and signs of age that give it a beautifully weathered character. See less
