This set of two round trays is hand-woven by Vietnamese craftsmen and framed with natural rattan. The surface is inlaid with cut shell slices and spliced into a blue-toned floral pattern. The rattan has been treated to have a tight weave structure and smooth edges. The shell pieces have natural luster changes and present soft color levels when illuminated by light.
The utensils have both storage and display functions. They can be used to place aromatherapy containers, candles or small tableware, and can also be used as indoor soft furnishings. There will be subtle differences in the shell texture and rattan details of each handmade product, which are inherent characteristics of handcraftsmanship.
