DESCRIPTION
Elegant, streamlined, and exceptionally functional, the RH Métier Task Floor Lamp reinterprets a classic French task-lighting design with refined proportions and a distinctly modern sensibility.
The design preserves the character of traditional French lighting while scaling down the classic triangular shade for a cleaner, more sophisticated profile. A slender adjustable arm glides, swivels, and extends on precision joints, allowing focused downward light to be directed exactly where needed.
Crafted with enduring steel construction and finished in Lacquered Burnished Brass, Métier has a warm, understated presence that works beautifully alongside a reading chair, sofa, desk, or bedside arrangement. Its compact footprint and adjustable height make it particularly versatile in spaces where focused lighting is desired without the visual weight of a larger floor lamp.
A dimmer switch located on the black fabric cord provides additional control over the light level.
This particular lamp has been very lightly pre-owned and presents in beautiful overall condition. It is placement ready, with minor finish characteristics noted in the condition description below.

Métier's slender profile, articulated arm, and compact geometric shade give it a sophisticated architectural quality without overwhelming the surrounding furnishings.
The Lacquered Burnished Brass finish pairs beautifully with warm oak, walnut, marble, travertine, limestone, plaster, leather, linen, bouclé, bronze, blackened metal, and other sophisticated natural materials.

FINISH OVERVIEW
Lacquered Burnished Brass
Lacquered Burnished Brass provides a warm metallic finish with greater depth and softness than highly polished brass.
The finish complements Métier's streamlined silhouette particularly well, emphasizing its precision joints and slender proportions while lending the lamp the collected character of classic European task lighting.
Subtle variations in reflectivity and tone may become more or less apparent depending on surrounding light and viewing angle.
