stunning, authentic Restoration Hardware (RH) Lancaster L-Shaped Sectional. This is one of RH’s most legendary, timeless designs, known for its deep-profile, sink-in comfort, and exceptional old-school structural craftsmanship.
Unlike lighter modern reproductions, the Lancaster collection is built to last a lifetime. It features a heavy, handcrafted kiln-dried solid hardwood frame, reinforced mortise-and-tenon joinery, and an authentic 8-way hand-tied spring suspension system—the absolute gold standard for high-end furniture longevity and balanced support.
The sectional is upholstered in a beautiful, heavy-weight chocolate/charcoal brown fabric with elegant, classic rolled track arms and plush, supportive back and seat cushions. It has been meticulously cared for in a clean, smoke-free home and is structurally in pristine condition.
