Four bold inverted-cup legs sit on bun feet, joined by a shaped X-stretcher with a carved oval boss at the center. The plank top has rounded corners and breadboard ends held with exposed square pegs.

The French walnut finish was distressed by hand, with worm tracks, pin holes, scribe lines and worn edges that catch the light. All of it is part of the finish, not damage.
