Reimagining classic zoomorphic iconography through a contemporary lens, this piece translates raw animal geometry into an expansive visual study. Drawing inspiration from the mid-20th-century movement of modern textile art, the composition balances organic linework and structural form with an expressive, graphic poise. Drawing inspiration from the mid-20th-century movement of modern textile art, when progressive weavers first began stripping traditional animal pelts down to their elemental graphic lines—this design presents a sophisticated interpretation of tiger stripes geometry. The field is organized around an invisible central spine, from which broad, organic bands cascade outward toward the perimeter in sweeping, radial arcs. Rather than confining the pattern within a traditional border framework, the biomorphic linework extends uninterrupted across the entire layout, establishing a continuous sense of kinetic momentum. Crafted with a deliberate structural interplay between a low-relief flat ground and raised pile accents, the dark linear bands possess a sculpted, tactile relief that rises subtly above the warm background, creating a multi-layered surface architecture that honors historical textile traditions while embracing modern minimalism.

The colorway pairs a rich foundation of terracotta and burnt rust-orange with deep charcoal and gray linework.
