Vintage Italian console table designed by Oscar Dell’Arredamento for Miniforms of Meolo, Italy. The rectangular top combines richly figured maple burl and rosewood burl with a polished piano-lacquer finish.
Contrasting wood grains and colors create a dramatic decorative surface. Geometric inlays accent both ends of the top, adding angular visual detail to the bold natural figuring of the veneers.
The top is supported by two black cylindrical steel columns mounted to a long rectangular pedestal base. Its narrow proportions make the table well suited for an entryway, hallway, living room, or formal entertaining space.
