The flush mount is composed of a 5 thick textured ice glass elements attached to a brass frame. Wonderful lights effect. Heavy quality and in very good condition. Cleaned, well-wired and ready to use. The fixture requires five e-14 small bulbs with 40w max each. Light bulbs are not included. It is possible to install this fixture in all countries (us, uk, europe, asia, australia,\.) the flush mount will be disassembled and each glass piece individually wrapped for easy and safe transport. this piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
