Craftsmen cut the mother-of-pearl into shapes of petals and polka dots and embed them into the base of the plate to form a colorful floral pattern. The three-color mother-of-pearl in red, blue and yellow contrast with the light background. The mother-of-pearl has its own soft pearlescent light, which shows a delicate luster as the light changes.
The tray frame is hand-woven from natural rattan, with a dense weave and rounded edges. The three trays are in descending order of size and can be used independently to hold meals, tea sets or store small table items. When not in use, they can be nested inside each other to save storage space. There are subtle differences in the mother-of-pearl parquet on each tray, a characteristic unique to handmade products.
