This 48-inch Curtis Jere' wall lamp mounted and illuminated confirms just how striking and ahead of its time this piece was.
It is designed as an oversized diamond/rhombus format with a central prominent brass pyramid.
This lamp functions beautifully as an architectural ambient uplight/backlight. It creates a soft, dramatic halo on the wall while keeping the front face in deep shadow emphasizing its sharp geometric lines.
The contrast between the darker patinated outer diamond panel and the brighter reflective golden central pyramid showcases excellent Post-Modern Craftsmanship.
It is in fully working order with its original integrated cord system.
