A spectacular, highly tactile mid-to-late 20th-century expressionist landscape painting Heavily influenced by the bold palettes of Fauvism, this piece is executed with a masterfully thick impasto technique, using expressive palette knife work and gestural brushstrokes to build intense, layered surface textures.
