A bold tin litho-style advertising sign promoting the "Red Edge" miner's shovel, illustrated with a hard-lined 1930s miner gripping the company's signature square-point tool. The layout pairs vivid red lettering with a cream and blue field, echoing the era's industrial advertising vernacular. Text touts the shovel's improved shape, lightweight build, Armor-D handle, and "easy grip"-all framed by the miner's confident stance and the slogan promising to "lighten my day's work."

Founded in the late 19th century, Wyoming Shovel Works became a major American producer of mining and industrial shovels, supplying equipment to coal regions throughout the Northeast and Midwest. See less
