a refined pair of italian mid-century modern brass wall sconces, dating to the late 1940s and attributable to angelo lelii for arredoluce. The design features a symmetrical, sculptural composition with two curved arms supporting the light sources and a slender central structure, characterized by a large vertical ring and an elegant pendant detail. The soft lines, the warm gleam of brass, and the balanced proportions reflect the sophisticated language of post-war italian lighting. The structure retains a strong decorative presence even when switched off, while the dual-light configuration ensures a pleasant and dramatic diffusion of light. The pair can be attributed to angelo lelii for arredoluce based on its formal language, proportions, and build quality, despite the absence of definitive documentation confirming the attribution. Each wall lamp takes two e14 bulbs and is wired for use with both eu and us electrical systems. Sold in pairs. Dimensions of each: 20 cm width x 11 cm depth x 29 cm height.
