Description: A remarkably charming and complete set of six vintage bench-made Queen Anne style dining side chairs. Balanced beautifully between classic refinement and storybook whimsies’, this matching set is crafted from solid walnut with an incredibly warm, rich patina. The standout feature of the set is the exquisite, highly figured book-matched burl walnut veneer gracing the elegant yoke crest rails. Adding a touch of playful sophistication, each chair features a beautifully carved pendant tassel drop directly beneath the center back splat. The frames feature excellent, heavy construction and are structurally rock-solid, tight, and completely sturdy across all six pieces. They feature easily removable drop-in slip seats currently finished in a blue leather upholstery. Because of the drop-in frame design, they are a dream for customization and can easily be recovered to suit any transitional, eclectic, or traditional interior dining space.
