The "Area 50" pendant lamp, designed by Mario Bellini, is a rare and iconic piece produced by Artemide in 1976. The resin shade, delicately folded like a flowing fabric, diffuses the light in a soft, ambient glow. It retains its original metal canopy and donut-shaped counterweight with a white enamel finish, allowing for variable height adjustment. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
designer records,
or other literature sources and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising
from
misattribution,
Up to 250V (Europe/UK Standard). The wiring of this item may be original and might need replacement, if not specified otherwise.
