Created in the style of Mongolian storage coffers, this early 20th-century herdsman's chest has a straightforward design and plenty of rustic appeal. Originally configured to open from the top, this cabinet was modified with front-facing doors by our carpenters skilled in traditional joinery, each affixed with a simple iron ring-pull. The interior has been updated with a single shelf for additional storage. Ideal as a sideboard or credenza, the rustic coffer layers into modern interiors with great texture and warm, dark brown color.
