The outer periphery of the tray is woven from natural rattan. The surface of the tray is based on crushed mother-of-pearl pieces, and the center is decorated with a radiating flower and leaf pattern made of emerald green mother-of-pearl. Mother-of-pearl displays a soft iridescent luster under light, and the texture of each shell is naturally different.
The sizes of the three trays are gradually reduced, and they can be stacked for storage, or used individually to store items, hold meals, or serve as indoor furnishings. The back of the tray is painted black, and the rattan is fixed with hand stitching to retain the unique rustic texture of handmade utensils.
