Up for sale is a custom-restored vintage solid white oak banker’s executive desk chair. A one-of-a-kind studio piece featuring custom kintsugi-inspired joinery and a hand-rubbed finish.
Key Features & Craftsmanship:
Solid Brass Kintsugi Inlay: The seat pan features a continuous, hand-hammered solid brass wire seam inlaid down the center line. It reinforces the natural wood split while turning it into a striking craftsman highlight.
Ebonized White Oak Finish: Multi-pass deep dark finish that accentuates the bold open wood grain, infused with subtle golden mica undertones that catch natural light.
Ergonomic & Built to Last: Features heavy bentwood S-curve arms, a curved slatted back, and a solid contoured oak seat.
Smooth Base: Solid ebonized base on heavy-duty rolling casters with full 360° swivel.
