Crafted from dense, dark hardwood (zitan or rosewood style), this rectangular tray features a beautifully polished surface adorned with intricate "Mother of Pearl" (shell) inlay.

Key Features:

Auspicious Inlay: The centerpiece is a vibrant, iridescent inlay depicting a white lion (or mythical beast) playing with a pink embroidered ball, accompanied by a smaller yellow lion. The scene is framed by flowing pink ribbons (ruyi clouds), symbolizing joy, good fortune, and the phrase "May all your wishes come true" (事事如意 - Shì shì rú yì).

Bamboo-Style Edge: The raised rim of the tray is carved to resemble bamboo segments, a classic motif in Chinese art representing resilience and integrity.

Fine Craftsmanship: The dark wood shows a rich patina and natural grain. The contrast between the deep wood and the luminous, multi-colored shell inlay is truly striking.

Versatile Use: Perfect for serving tea, displaying jewelry, organizing vanity items, or simply as a standalone decorative centerpiece on a coffee table or console. See less
