The piece features a dimensional cherub head with outstretched wings, expertly hand‑painted in warm polychrome tones. The expressive glass eyes are especially striking — a hallmark of higher‑quality devotional plaster work from the early 20th century.

Origin:
Based on its style, construction, and paintwork, this cherub is likely French, consistent with devotional plaster workshops active in northern France around 1890–1930.
