Distressed white finish wood dining chairs set of eight. Two Klismos end chairs and six faux bamboo Bungalow 5 Aubrey side chairs. Preowned items. Strong sturdy structured chairs with a distressed white finish. Bungalow 5 Aubrey side chairs and klismos end chairs.
Bungalow 5 Aubrey chairs were roughly 1200 each and the Klismos chairs were 2500 each.
The Klismos chairs have a slightly textured plasterized style distressed worn aged artisan hand finish to give them a modernized take on an ancient greecian plaster finish and character.
The Aubrey chairs have a heavily distressed almost cerused like finish as the finish filled in the highly textured wood grain emphasising the stunning variety of wood grain patterns in a new and fresh way.
The plasterized style finish on the Klismos seat and faux bamboo seat backs helps to stabilize and strengthen the rattan from potential wear and damage.
All eight chairs have their own unique pattern and character as no two chairs are exactly the same adding to their captivating beauty. Products are made with natural materials and traditional techniques, which means each piece may feature unique variations like knots or grain patterns, along with subtle marks of the artisan’s touch.
Klismos chairs 35.75" high, 23.5" wide, 29.5" deep, seat width by depth 19" x 20.5", seat height 18.5" (all measurements approximate).
