The chairs are characterized by their balanced proportions and understated modern design. Particularly distinctive are the wide, gently curved backrests with their beautifully grained wood. The back panels are framed between slender, slightly flared stiles, lending the chairs an elegant yet solid appearance.

The straight-lined base with its slender, slightly tapered legs contrasts beautifully with the softly rounded backrests and seats.

The upholstered seats still retain their original, presumably older, covering in a warm salmon or terracotta hue that harmonizes beautifully with the dark walnut wood.

One chair bears an original dealer's label, "Ed. Essen – Bielefeld – Möbel," documenting the historical marketing and distribution of the piece.

The set consists of six chairs and, thanks to its relatively generous seating area, is suitable for both classic dining rooms and modern interiors.
