The design captivates with its uncompromising reduction to the essentials and is reminiscent of the form of a minimalist, modern torch. The spherical shade made of elegant white opal glass ensures a soft, even, and completely glare-free distribution of light in the room. It is supported by a simple, highly functional bracket that underscores the sculptural character of the lamp. Originally designed for direct wall mounting, we modified this lamp during restoration: It is now equipped with a high-quality cable including a plug and cord switch. This allows the Swiss design piece to be mounted flexibly on any wall next to a socket without any in-wall wiring work – perfect as accent lighting in a hallway or as a floating bedside lamp. Of course, you can also mount it to a wall connection.
