Vintage table lamp base with a sculptural, tripod base in mahogany-brown stained wood, both graphic and architectural.
The body is composed of large, openwork fins with lines reminiscent of a compass, arranged around a central cylindrical core.
This light and highly stylized construction reflects the vocabulary of modernist design from the 1960s and 70s, with an aesthetic that is both organic and geometric.
The lamp has been rewired and is ready for use. It is offered without a lampshade, allowing the buyer to choose one that suits their interior. A generously sized cylindrical lampshade in ivory or ecru would be particularly suitable (see the example in the gallery).
