Attributed to Jindřich Halabala, it showcases the sculptural proportions and decorative upholstery associated with Mid-Century Modern furniture. The rounded form is divided into generously padded sections, finished with twisted cord piping and covered in its original reddish-brown patterned fabric. The textile features a subtle geometric motif in beige and gold tones, creating a warm and inviting appearance. The wooden base retains its original construction, including four angled wooden feet with dark protective pads. A partially damaged vintage paper label remains attached to the underside. The footstool is in good original vintage condition, with signs of use and age consistent with its history. The original upholstery remains intact, and the piece is suitable for use as a footrest, occasional seat, or decorative accent.
