Description:
Presenting a magnificent vintage Chinese brush pot (bitong), finely crafted from dense Huali Rosewood with a rich, warm patina and striking natural grain. This elegant piece features a classic octagonal form, with each of the eight panels deeply carved in relief depicting figures from the traditional "Eight Immortals" motif. The pot rests on a stepped, fitted base and opens to a spacious, unlined interior, perfect for holding calligraphy brushes, scrolls, or as a refined decorative accent for a desk or collector's display.
