Its vibrant design combines exotic birds, flowers, and foliage in a bold, graphic composition that became one of the most recognizable signatures of late 1960s tableware design. Inspired by a Mexican pattern, the Acapulco collection quickly established itself as one of Villeroy & Boch's signature designs.

This piece belongs to the first edition of the model and bears its original markings. Its round shape, accentuated by two side handles, gives it a particularly elegant silhouette and a striking decorative presence.
