This coffee table consists of a beautiful marble top with mosaic decoration and a sturdy, asymmetrical chrome frame. The table is still in very good vintage condition. The stones, in shades of grey, black and anthracite, form an organic, abstract pattern. The larger, veined stone surfaces are connected by lines that are interrupted by narrow mosaic elements arranged radially and by dark, gravel-like inlays. Due to the varying grain patterns of the natural stones, the surface almost appears to be an abstract work of art in its own right\.

The intricately crafted tabletop is supported by a simple, chrome-plated/metal central base, which ends in a star-shaped spread of legs. The understated, modernist metal frame provides a striking contrast to the dynamic, organic stone composition.
