The pair combines richly figured exotic wood with refined parchment surfaces, creating an elegant contrast of texture, tone and material. The warm depth of the wood is softened by the luminous quality of the parchment, while the black-lacquered legs add a sharper architectural note. The wooden handles, also finished with a strong decorative presence, complete the composition with a refined sense of proportion.

What makes this pair particularly desirable is the fact that the two pieces have remained together: identical in spirit, material and design language, they create a strong decorative impact when placed symmetrically in an interior. Whether used on either side of a sofa, bed, console or as independent accent pieces, they bring harmony, rhythm and sophistication to a room.

Elegant, graphic and beautifully proportioned, this matching pair reflects the refined taste of 1940s design, where luxurious materials were combined with clean lines and careful craftsmanship. See less
