A wonderfully characterful pair of early 20th century hand-carved and hand-painted wooden duck decoys, later mounted as table lamps. The decoys retain their beautifully weathered original painted surfaces, glass eyes and distinctive hand-carved details. Rather than being manufactured as decorative lamps, these are genuine vintage carved decoys that were subsequently adapted for use as lighting. The bright green (similar to Farrow and Ball Bancha) of the bases is spectacular!
Newly made custom oblong shades in black and cream cotton stripe.
New professional wiring.
