The table is constructed from solid Pecan wood, a dense and highly durable North American hardwood prized for its prominent, rich grain structure. It features a heavy, thick-planked top resting on a massive, beautifully turned-urn pedestal base. The table shows Guy Chaddock’s legendary, proprietary factory-distressed finish—the intentional texture, grooves, and rustic characteristics give the table immediate warmth and historic character.
This listing includes one original 24" extension leaf, transforming the table from an intimate 60" round configuration to a spacious 84" oval shape. To make extension effortless, the table is equipped with an integrated synchronous cable-driven equalizer slide mechanism. By pulling a wire lock underneath, the interior metal gear-and-cog system allows you to smoothly expand the table halves simultaneously.
